There are various particle shapes in wet granulation, such as spherical and round shapes; however, in this case, some may have high hardness and may not be suitable for certain applications. Additionally, in extrusion methods, there are materials that cannot be processed due to thermal changes or high viscosity that makes them prone to sticking. This granulator was developed with the aim of overcoming these difficulties and obtaining beautifully shaped granules with softer hardness.
